The topic selected for the meeting were in related to industrial vision in pilotage, continuous improvement in safety aspect of pilot operation, ship maneuvering and operations, new technology for pilotage, the role of stockholders and lessen to be learn, said by meeting secretary Peyman Derakhshan Nik.
He added, special working groups and essay evaluation team established to evaluating the received essay. Method of generating evaluation team were selecting a referee from each branches and two referee from head quarter.
Derakhshan nik added:out of 16 received essays’12 were accepted and print in a meeting booklet .these essays were presented to the participants within two days of meeting.
The first pilots Annual meeting secretariat whished that this meeting and provided essay could be able to exchange and shared the knowledge and experiences to respected bodies and cause more noticed to importance of the role of the pilots and their operation within the Iranian marine society
